Our store hours for walk-in customers are Monday - Saturday 12 - 6PM. Online customers are get special privileges to come anytime Monday - Thursday 12 - 6PM, you have our valued time with us during the week Monday - Thursday. PLEASE DO NOT COME FRIDAY OR SATURDAY. If you can not come Monday - Thursday please DO NOT ORDER online.

For all Online Piercing Customers

Please be sure to bring your ID when you come get your new piercings. NO ID NO PIERCINGS. 

Please DO NOT order your piercings online if you can not come anytime Monday - Thursday 12 - 6PM. Options are available to WALK-IN and get your piercings without ordering online with no appointments necessary. 

Because it a very sensitive time when you come get your new piercings, please do not bring your children. (NO EXECPTIONS)

 

 

REFUND  / EXCHANGE POLICY 

7-Day Exchange / Return Policy (from date of receipt):

Body piercing services purchase:

If you change your mind you can get your refund minus the 30% restocking fees.
You have up to 90 days prior to your body piercing purchase. After 90 days your purchase will turn into store credit at our store location.

Pierce Me values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for an exchange of equal or more value We do not do returns. Exchange items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Shoes must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive exchanges, charge backs, or of any kind. Clearance items are final sale. Items received after the 7-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our exchange policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

No returns on final sale items.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: body jewelry accessories, accessories, panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, pastie glue, wigs and wig accessories, eyelashes, eyelash accessories, body creams, gels, vibrators, adhesive items or any similar romantic gifts at management's discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Procedure for Exchanges:

E-mail us requesting an exchange and we will send you the instructions. Use the original (or similar) box. For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. The item will be shipped back via ground shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Also note, If you are not doing an even-exchange, you will be refunded for the return and charged again for the new item.

Please remember
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and 30% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
